By booking or receiving a treatment with Ira Holistic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Treatments & Scope of Practice

Treatments provided by Ira Holistic are holistic and complementary in nature.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a GP or other qualified medical professional.

Ira Holistic does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information about their health
Informing Ira Holistic of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or other relevant health concerns before treatment

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or effectiveness of treatment.

3. Contraindications & Refusal of Treatment

Ira Holistic reserves the right to:

Modify a treatment
Decline or stop a treatment

if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client at any time

4. Liability

Ira Holistic will not be held liable for:

Any adverse effects arising from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client

5. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure an appointment
The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 or 48 hours in advance
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments

7. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
The full treatment fee will still apply.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Payment

Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
