Holistic Therapy Services
Every person holds a different story in their body. That’s why no two sessions with me are the same. I draw on a range of healing tools—grounded in traditional wisdom, energy awareness and body-mind connection—to support your body’s natural healing response.

Your session may include one or several of these approaches, based on your needs and energy on the day.

The first session can last up to 2 hours; the first 30-60 minutes usually dedicated to gaining an understanding of your personal history and situation.
Acupuncture
An ancient traditional Chinese medicine approach that works by stimulating specific points along the body to restore balance and energy flow (qi). It can support many concerns including:

Insomnia and fatigue

Meridian Massage
Meridian massage uses rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy pathways (meridians) to unblock stagnation, stimulate circulation and release tension.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it can help with:

Digestive sluggishness

Emotional heaviness or feeling “stuck”

Aromatherapy
Scent is a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and lifting emotional fog. I incorporate essential oils into the bodywork and massage sessions to gently support mood, hormone regulation and relaxation. For example Lavender soothes and grounds. Lemon uplifts and clarifies. Each blend is chosen based on your emotional and physical needs.

The sense of smell can lift the mood, improve pain tolerance, and ease emotional overwhelm.

Energy Healing (Reiki + Cranial Sacral Therapy):
Energy healing helps rebalance the subtle systems of the body. These therapies are gentle yet profound—working beneath the surface of the mind to calm the nervous system, process stuck emotions, and release long-held patterns.

Reiki: hands-on energy transfer to ease stress, deepen rest and replenish vitality. A stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes healing through "laying on hands" based on life force energy.
CST: light touch to release tension in the fascia, cranial bones and spinal system. Often used for trauma release, nervous system repair and emotional clearing.
Clients often describe these sessions as deeply peaceful, nourishing and intuitive.

Personal Development & Lumina Emotion​
Healing is not just about the physical aspect of the body, but also about emotional understanding and personal growth.
Ira integrates guided reflection, Lumina Emotion profiling, and supportive tools for self-inquiry to help clients:

These sessions can be offered 1:1 or woven into bodywork and acupuncture.
Healing is not always about fixing what doesn’t work or is broken, but it’s about remembering who we truly are and accepting situations in order to transform.
How Sessions Work
Initial session (up to 2.0 hours):
Includes in-depth history, emotional mapping and healing treatment.
Follow-up sessions:
Tailored to your needs. Frequency and length will be discussed together.
Available in-person in Bali or London, or online for some sessions (personal development or energy work).
I offer personalised workshops and immersive retreats designed to support meaningful personal development. My work brings together psychometric insight through Lumina, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and intuitive energy work to create experiences that are practical, engaging, and deeply transformative. Every workshop is thoughtfully tailored—fun, relatable, and designed to make sense—so participants leave feeling grounded, empowered, and clear.
With a strong background in the corporate world, I have a natural ability to bring people together, hold structured yet nurturing spaces, and ensure each participant walks away with tangible insights and goals they can integrate into everyday life. I begin my workshops with mindfulness and the Silva Mind Method to help participants ground, breathe, and arrive fully, creating a safe and focused foundation for deeper self-awareness and growth. Using Lumina as a core tool, I help individuals understand themselves and others more clearly, strengthening confidence, communication, and purpose.
I also curate and facilitate retreats in Indonesia that blend cultural richness with holistic wellbeing. These retreats may include facilitated tea-making ceremonies, mindfulness practices, yoga, Lumina sessions, massage, and intuitive healing, all woven together into a cohesive and nourishing experience. Whether through workshops or retreats, my intention is to guide people back to themselves—calm, clear, and connected—while offering practical tools they can carry forward long after the experience ends.
